This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products and subscription plans offered on https://onescan.info, operated by One Scan Network.


1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through OneScan.info, including OneSocial subscriptions, activation fees, credits, or any digital content, are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • One-time system setup fees
  • Monthly or annual subscription plans
  • Credit-based post generation packages
  • Fully managed Signature Plans

Once the product is delivered, accessed, or activated, we cannot process a refund.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription plan at any time. However:

  • Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
  • The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You can still use your remaining credits before expiration (if applicable).

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund only under the following exceptional conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction (duplicate billing).
  • The product or service was not delivered due to technical errors on our end.

All exception cases must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date, along with proof of payment.
