These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the OneSocial system and services provided by One Scan Network, accessible via https://onescan.info. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Overview

OneSocial is a digital content automation platform that provides tools for social media post generation, image creation, and scheduled publishing. The service includes various plans: subscription-based (Builder, Signature) and credit-based systems.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Agree to these Terms
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conditions.

3. System Activation Fee

All OneSocial Builder and Signature plans require a one-time system setup fee (RM399) upon first purchase. This fee is non-refundable and covers configuration, onboarding, and account activation.

You will not be charged this fee again for future renewals under the same account.

4. Posting Credit System

Builder Plan users receive monthly credits based on the subscription cycle (e.g., 30 credits/month). Credits:

  • Are valid only during the paid subscription period
  • Cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash
  • Expire if not used before the end of the billing cycle

We are not responsible for unused credits caused by user inactivity or delays.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • Not to upload or submit harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Not to attempt to exploit or reverse engineer the system
  • To respect copyright when submitting image prompts or captions

You are solely responsible for the content generated through your inputs.

6. Content Accuracy and Limitations

The AI-generated text and images provided by OneSocial are for marketing use only and are:

  • Automatically generated based on your input
  • Not guaranteed to be grammatically perfect, legally compliant, or culturally appropriate

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.

7. Subscription & Payment Terms

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Are non-refundable once payment is processed
  • Can be cancelled anytime, but no refund will be issued for unused time or credits

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violating these Terms
  • For abuse of the system (e.g., spamming, excessive API usage, AI prompt flooding)
  • If payment is not received or chargeback is issued

Terminated accounts will lose access to all remaining credits and saved content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We make no warranties regarding system uptime, accuracy, or marketing results
  • You use OneSocial entirely at your own risk

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised Terms.
